I aslo used Front Page 2000 and Google pages (Creator) to start out. Perhaps a blog template might do (e.g. Blogger or Wordpress), if you intend to submit constant articles. But ultimately it does pay to learn HTML, Javascript, and other languages for web editing - as it allows better customization and learning. You can strart out by using a free host (I use Netfirms, but there are many others...)
