VBASIC will do exactly what you want.thank you alex. but i think i'd prefer some simpler ACCESS to arithmetic. vbasic seems to require knowledge of a special LANGUAGE and it's for programmers, not dumb old ladies like me. and the arithmetic function is something i'd only rarely use.You've gotta use some kind of program.
