Answer» I just brought a new COMPAQ IPAQ Pocket Pc and they sya tell US to TAPS the screen. And i just click it and the thing never move so how to solve the problem? How to? HP bought Compaq in 2002. Since then, all iPAQs have carried the HP logo. If you bought an iPAQ with the Compaq label, it's at least 5 years old. Where did you purchase this device? What's the model of the device? If the screen isn't RESPONDING to taps, I'd take it back to where you got it. You could try a hard reset, which will blank the system and restore it to factory defaults, but that probably won't solve your problem.
