Answer» I'm using the US Patent & TRADEMARK Office to find certified agents/attorneys in WA - of which there are very many. I'd like to sort them. How can I move the data from column format to row format? So that each name reads across instead of down? Everyone in the office will be happy when I learn how to do this! -THANK you! - ta

Sorry, that was a little vague - I meant how do I move the address in the 2ND row up to the 2nd column (1st row), and then the City/State/Zip in the 3rd row up to the 3rd column (1st row), etc. for each name which would start in the next row (or the row it which it currently resides). There are over 200 names. -ta In Excel Help...type Transpose
