Solve : How to remove "old computer" that was transferred to new?? |

Answer» My elderly MOTHER RECENTLY got a new computer and the old computer was transferred. She is now convinced that anything from the old computer is not her and someone trying to steal her IDENTITY. How does she get rid of "old computer"? All I know is her new one is an HP. This sounds silly but to her it is very serious. She has mental health issues and it is causing her great stress and anxiety. I don't have access to her computer and will need to guide her through it by phone. I would be very grateful for any help. Don't understand... Do you need your new computer to LOOK like the old one? Or you need to move data from the old computer to a new one? Or just DELETE everything from the old computer? |
