Solve : How to send a message to Notification Bar (task bar)??

I have a small batch file. I WANT to SEND a NOTIFICATION message (MSN like) which appears through the Task Bar.

I NEED a standalone exe file like msgbox.exe from debrock.org/msgbox.
It is a useful program, but the message appears in the center of the screen. If this program had screen coordinates, it would be nice.

Is there a message maker program or script which I can make the message appear anywhere I want on the screen?
