Hey people!!
I have been having problems with my printer driver i just had my computer reformatted and when i got it back i installed the driver from hp.Well it hasnt WORKED since and i kept saying new hardware found and kept trying to insall my printer to no avail so i just unpluged it.Now my son really needs this printer for school so i TRIED to install it again and some how there is another driver intsalled that i cant DELETE it says WRONG name and cant conect to the inernet i just went on the hp webssite and it looks like its a no brainer insalling the proper hardware but this is really ticing me off i would really like to get my all in one going for the xmas season.Any help would be muchly appreciated.Oh my computer is a 3200+(2.00ghz)AMD Athalon 64processor512mb pc2700 ddrsdramemory200gb 7200rpm ultra dma hardware dvd+rw-cd-rw dvd writer and cd writer combo DRIVE cd rom drive 48x max,thanks.I think you need to download and run the program at below website
to do a complete uninstall then reinstall the software.
