Answer» I recently PURCHASED HP Scanjet. I got along fine for a while, but now WHENEVER I try to make a memories disc (CD)with pictures I suddlenly get the message that there is TROUBLE with the hpod module. What does this mean. I clicked the send REPORT, but don/t know where to look for reply.I think that it is best that you CONTACT HP about this problem.... Also, try reinstalling the drivers for the camera...
