Answer» I am having problems with above listed software starting up. This problem just started in last week or so, I am using a laptop with Windows Xp Home OS SP3, 2 gig ddr2 ram, 160 gig hd, intel core 2 duo processer, realteak sound card, and on board video. The problem im having is when i open the program i get error message Could not load file ar assembly "System.EnterpriseServices, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a" or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
Also after error message apears i click ok THREE times and 'SplashScreen apears'

after clicking continue program LOADS some functions work others do not.
I have removed the program and redownloaded no change

Are your windows updates current....Multiple threads with similar issues...
