If you are running Windows 10 and an older VERSION of Office after the recent windows updates you will NEED to re do the file associations for Doc and ppt.

and the when i OPEN theses file its open .... do you mean file associations work fine but icons are not what you think they should be?i explain every things in this image
Yeah, That's what I thought you meant. File associations for the office files work fine, but the icon looks broken.
I would TRY to rebuild the icon cache.

FYI. Any icon shortcut takes very small amount of space. NOTHING to worry about.
