1.	Solve : i can't see any item on my manage network connections under Control panel.?
Answer» i am using a windows vista and i have a good internet connection but help please because actually my MAIN purpose is to change my ip address but i can't pursue it because after clicking control panel, network and SHARING CENTER, clicking manage network connections there's no any single item there which i can adjust help pls so that i can see an installed program there, i tried using registry fix and run a full scan on my computer about malwares, suggestions pls THANKSIF you use something other than a dial up connection your IP address is controlled by your ISP. You would have to CONTACT them to change your IP address. If that doesn't answer your question, can you please rephrase it? Harry this has nothing to do with him changing his ISP... Only his Provider can do this.
