i bought a usb headset and a usb microphone but they can't work together every time i plugged the two devices in my computer the first one i plugged just works and the other doesn't work and it doesn't even show in my sound control PANEL.
i contacted with the microphone company and they told me that the mic and headset have the same drivers.
is there a way i can solve this issue ?What 2 devices are these ? ?...i DOUBT what they told you is true.I would visit the manufacturer's website and obtain drivers for your particular microphone and headset for your CURRENT operating SYSTEM and install those.Perhaps they are not compatible.

Great headset and mic deals are out there. Why did you want separate units?

When both devices are connected you should be able to hold down the PS button and go into chat settings and change audio output settings from there.
