Solve : I deleted the driver for my internal Teac 3/1/2 floppy diskette drive .? |
Answer» Hi I have a ThinkCentre IBM 8249 RUT S50 with Windows XP Professional SP3 and I am looking for a DRIVER for the internal TEAC 3 1/2 floppy diskette drive . Thank you . XP should have floppy drivers built in...try removing it in Device Manager and re-booting.... That has nothing to do with "drivers". Sounds like either the drive or the disk may be bad. To check the drive, insert a bootable disk and make sure the floppy drive is at the top of the bios boot order, and reboot. Does the system boot to the floppy? Hi , I tryed that earlier , it does boot to a floppy . When I put in another disk , it asks for a disk . I have tryed the disks in other computers with a 3 1/2 floppy drive and they work .
