Answer» Where should I start? I reinstalled my whole computer... deleted everything you can delete and reinstalled WinXP. Then I noticed that my CD with DRIVERS för all the hardware was somewhat not functional.
I started searching throughout the internet for drivers and I actually found drivers for my motherboard and graphic CARD!! So my comp isn't slow atleast!
But now to the problem... I couldn't find any driver for the soundcard... I checked Intels homepage for it and they didn't have it. emailed them and they still havent responded (They are so RELIABLE.... not). I have googled for over a week now with no result .
My EVEREST says "Audio Adapter Intel 82801FB ICH6 - Azalia Audio Controller". If you guys have any idea on where I can find and download the proper driver for my soundcard it would be mostly APPRECIATED!!
/Really unhappy gamer Dacjan Falkowski...... You should find the driver you need at....... http://members.driverguide.com/
dl65 Didn't find anything on that site... checked it before and re-checked it now. You might have to reinstall the chip set drivers from your MB CD. If you don't have one, check the manufacturers site.Dacjan,
- A general C-Media Azalea audio driver is here for MCI MBs: http://www.msi.com.tw/program/support/driver/dvr/spt_dvr_list.php?part=1&kind=3&CHIP=3&COM=&Page=2&num=0
"• New support WinXP 64-bit OS, version: 5.12.1.9 Warning: The 64-bit driver is in beta stage and may be unstable. INSTALL at your own risk."
- another driver is here: http://www.msi.com.tw/program/support/driver/dvr/spt_dvr_list.php?part=1&kind=3&CHIP=3&ID=1
If one of these isn't for you, you should be able to find it on these pages, or you can give us more information on your system (MB, on-board sound, etc.).
