Solve : I need a log book software... I think?

I work at an agency where we constantly need to send out artist's books to different clients. I am looking for a software that will allow US not only to enter in the name of the artisit, book number, date out, contact etc., but I ALSO need a feature that will allow me to put in a book that needs to go out and have a reminder pop-up. So basically I need to log books in and out with a reminder feature for FUTURE log-outs.
