dl65 I check and it gives me nothing and I am stump on what to do. I pick some drivers and they don't WORK or they are wrongInuyasha.... I'm assuming your using win XP ...so go to control panel /system
then in the system properties box click Hardware tab ....then click Device Manager ........ then scroll down to the bottom of the list and click on the + in front of USB Controllers .... this will expand and you will see the USB items that are seen ...... click on each of then one at a time and see if it says they are working or if there is a yellow exclamation MARK .
Report the results and we can proceed .

How many USB port do you have ? Are they onboard ( built into the mobo ) or were they added later ?

dl65 my attachment is too big?!?!

In my device manager it says

Computer
DISK drives
display adapters
dvd/cd-rom drives
floppy disk controllers
floppy dis drives
IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers
keyboards
Mice and other pointing devices
monitors
Network adapters
NVDIA Network bus Enumerator
Port (COM & LPT)
Processors
Sound, Video and game controllers
system devices

Thats it.Inuyasha..... ok , that confirms things ..... Go into the bios ....... I dont think you have the USB controller ENABLED ....... check it out . Go to the integrated periphials...... the setting should be there .
