For what it is worth: You don't need to register to download a file there.

Use the "Download this file by viewing a series of ads (no REGISTRATION required) " option.

After each AD loads, choose "No thanks" or "Continue" or "Next" or whatever the button is labeled, to keep moving on.
After four or five ads, you are presented with a download screen.
