Answer» I'm running Windows XP Home OS and just switched my email program from Outlook Express 6 to Outlook 2003. All emails and ADDRESS book transferred without PROBLEM, but I can't import my mail rules into Outlook. I'm visually impaired and would appreciate any answers to be as specific as possible. Sometimes it takes me a while to locate a feature if I'm not FAMILIAR with it, even with all accessibility options turned on. The more specific you gurus can be the easier it is for me to work the magic you prescribe! Here's hoping you can help me!Darwinsmom, I BELIEVE that is one of the THINGS that you cannot import into Outlook from Outlook Express. You will need to recreate them in Outlook. Gary
