I don't know whether this is the right place to post this message but I am sure someone will TELL me if it is not.

I have recently installed a NEW version of Charter's security suite which seems to have sent my email haywire! For days I have not been able to either send or receive emails with an error notice coming up Operation Incomplete. Today a notice came up:-

"Socket error 10013 Port110 Protocol POP An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions."

Please could you tell me what that MEANS and how I can FIX it?
