Solve : Input signal out of reach??

Answer»

Ok, today I installed Windows XP to my computer. Before, I had Windows Media Edition XP, something like that. Our computer was giving up problems and someone suggested we just start over and reinstall XP and now we have XP professional. Now, when it LOADED up, the resolution is at 800x600. ORIGINALLY, the computer was at 1280 x 1024 so I know for a fact it's capable of going to that resolution. But when I try to change it, it says "Input status out of reach". I notice, many drivers need to be updated, but I cannot find my particular video DRIVER. It's ATI Radeon, the video card/monitor and I cannot find it... I think this is the PROBLEM. Can somebody help me please?

Also this is my second time installing it today. The first time, I kept trying to change the resolution and the screen just STUCK to the error floating and would shut off the monitor. I tried putting the video cable in and out again but nothing.

Thanks for reading, help appreciated!

Also, this is my computer specs.

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&objectID=c00587142Since the spec only say it's Integrated Graphics, you need to determine what the graphics chip is.
Download and install CPU-Z, http://www.cpuid.com/
The Graphics tab will tell you what you have.
