Trying to INSTALL Epson Workforce 500 all in one. Everything will install except scanner and in SAYS install unsuccessful could not find line in INF. Now also getting code 28.
Any suggestions?I don't know if you've visited this page, but they seem to RECOMMEND redownloading the software.

TALKED with epson support and they eventually decided it must be the computer. The computer support says this is a known problem with epson and windows vista and it is epson. So that is where I am. Oh incidently The scanner will not install on my computer GET the same message "could not find line in the inf" ThanksIf Epson says it won't work then it probably won't.
There was a similar issue with the 300 and Windows 95, they just simply wouldn't work together.
