Solve : Install printer from UNC link in Outlook? |

Answer» INTERESTING question if I may. I used to be able to send a PRINTER link by the UNC WITHIN outlook. A person would be able to click on it and install it if not already installed. We have since changed companies and thus got all new machines but use the same version of outlook. However, now when I include a UNC link to a printer, nothing happens. Is this a registry SETTING that needs to be changed or something else? I would like to get this feature back. thx |
