I have a hp tablet laptop and TRYING to install the broadband modem but when installing the drivers it comes up with this error:
'Install program for WINDOWS 2000 drivers has encountered a problem and needs to CLOSE. We are sorry for the INCONVENIENCE. If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.'
'Error Signature

Modver: 5.0.2195.1620 Offset: 00005131'
Help!!!!!The installation messed up or something interupted it. Try clearing your TEMP files and do a registry cleaner with Ccleaner and thebn try the installation again. PS make sure that the CD isn't in bad condition.
