Solve : install / uninstall problems?

Answer» HI /can any one HELP please ,i am having problems installing and UNINSTALLING programs even my epsom printer WONT install even though i have the installation DISC task manager says they are running but nothing happens i cant even end the task .so i have to reset the computer ....thanksWelcome Aboard.
