Just figured that it was a new issue, and not so much related to a Disk Boot Failure, since I no longer get that error. The Dell Disc was the obvious choice to try first, since I had the Product Key #. This Windows XP disc is option number 2 and the last option before I go buy a new copy of XP. I have NEVER loaded an OS on a computer successfully, so hopefully I can get it installed this week.first you go to bios and scan your hard disc. Thanks Bdubrie, for posting this in here. Just figured that it was a new issue, and not so much related to a Disk Boot Failure, since I no longer get that error. Well, the solution to the Windows XP, Disk Boot Failure issue, was that I was originally trying to use a OEM Dell Windows XP Install Disk. I just built a new computer, and did not order new OS, because I figured this Dell Windows XP was going to work.
So, in short, it does not. It will only work on the original computer, whether that specific computer is still running or not. It may work on other Dell Computers, but I have heard that is not 100% either. So, I ended up using an older copy of Windows INSTEAD.
