Answer» For Christmas I got the Wacom BAMBOO PAD. I installed it with no problem. The bundle package that came with the pad I am having a problem installing. When I put the CD in..........NOTHING! I cannot upload the INFORMATION from the CD. It has the following programs on it... Adobe Photoshop 5.0 Corel Painter Essentials 3.0 Nik Color Efex Pro 2.0 GE I have never had a problem uploading software before and I just do not know what to do. I have been on hold with WACOM too much to ask and also I emailed them and they have not returned my email. I emailed on 12/26. Any suggestions?can you post some info on your machine? this will help US assist you further.
