Solve : IObit Uninstaller 5?

Answer»

My Lenovo ideacentre, Windows 7 Pro, is running slow.  When I check the Task Manager the Physical Memory usage is usually up around 46-60% and CPU around 30-44%.  It is usually running around 66-70 processes.  I haven't a clue as to what most of them are unless they are clearly described under the Description column.  I've tried End Process of things like Garmin Service, however, it just pops right back up again.  Out of 906 GB HD, there is only 100 GB used.  6 GB of memory.  I run ccleanup every 2 weeks or less, and Defrag about once a month. I ran across a program that is SUPPOSED to get rid of files that may be slowing your computer down, but, I didn't know how effective or safe it was.  Has anyone had experience with IObit Uninstaller 5?  In Task Manager sort the Processes Tab view by CPU Usage and see which processes are using the most CPU. (Make sure you've selected "Show Processes for All Users" in the lower left)

This should tell you what is causing it. If the CPU usage shown there doesn't seem to match up then your issue is likely a driver issue.

For Services, you cannot terminate them through Process Explorer; you need to use the Services snap-in Start->Search, "Services.msc" should bring it up. Then you can disable and  stop any services that aren't important.

IOBit is IMO a scam company. They're software is awful, and the PARTS that aren't are stolen from other software companies. Verified.
The company mentioned has a long list  bad reports.

Malwarebytes has recently uncovered evidence that a company called IOBit based in China is stealing and incorporating our proprietary database and intellectual property into their software. We know this will sound hard to believe, because it was hard for us to believe at first too. But after an indepth investigation, we became convinced it was true.

Malwarebytes intends to pursue legal action against IOBit. We DEMAND IOBit immediately remove all traces of Malwarebytes' proprietary research and database from their software. We also demand IOBit be delisted from Download.com due to Terms of Service violations. This is CRIMINAL: it is theft, it is fraud, and we will not stand for it.
