Can someone help me get this running?

Daughter unplugged my printer and PLUGGED in old IOZIP 100 drive and she d/l'd the software and installed it...but I can't seem to get it running.

Operating SYSTEM? USB or parallel interface? Correct drivers for the first two items?

Maybe you should uninstall what she did in control panel, and restart with the correct DRIVER from the iomega web site.
