Hi.

Can anyone reccommend any IP address masking software? For security reasons only of course!

Truth is, had a lot of trouble with my computer lately - bit paranoid about security I suppose. Still, got Avast anti-virus which seems to pick up most stuff so FAR, and windows firewall of course, so I guess it aint really necessary.

Yes, you can't fully HIDE your IP address, no matter what you do. You can just make it harder to find.

Have you tried an online proxy?I want to know why he needs to hide his IP Address Hey, Guys.

I don't know much about computers really and I thought it would help make my system more SECURE - thats why I wanted to hide my ip address. You say its impossible and it wouldnt help - fair enough, end of subject.

yes- it would be similiar to removing the address numbers from your house- those darn russian spies will have trouble FINDING you, but so will the pizza guy.
