Answer» I just installed an IPEVO webcam. When attempting to use, I get the following message " POV device has been detected but the video source is occupied by another APPLICATION. Please close the other video application and restart SOFTWARE"
OS is Vista. I have no other video app connected to the computer and i have gone in and disabled anything that I thought might be giving trouble. I have re-booted and reloaded the driver. No luck. any sugestions?Has it EVER worked with this program?

What Camera is it? (model number)The camera is an IPEVO PoV. It has no model number as far as I can determine. The company web site is IPEVO.com. I purchased it through Cyberguys.com

I should mention that when I go to Control Panel then to Device Manager, then to PvO; the message is "The device is working properly"
