I'm in a dilemma of choosing to upgrade my NVIDIA 7800 GTX 512 drivers (91.31) to the latest (178.24) I've tried it before but the installer kept INSTALLING the windows 2000 drivers instead of the windows xp ones. It is quite strange as the filename and the website quite clearly states the drivers are for Windows XP. 91.31 seems to be the only stable driver I have and it doesn't seem to have any problems even thought I play GRID and all the new-ish games. Would the latest driver still support it? It still lists the normal NVIDIA 7800 GTX and it has something on the 7800 GTX 512mb in the release notes. I found this is the newest driver for the 'Win2kXPMCE' http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_94.24_2.html it lists my graphics card as supported or should I use this? http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_181.20_whql.html
