Answer» Hello,
I tried several times to install Java fo IE7, Firefox and CHROME, but I always get the Java sanddial turning for a Long time, then ClassNotFoundException. I tried to REINSTALL the earlier Version 45 but no success and I dont have a win7 restore point that I can use because this issue also HAPPENED on certain Websites with the previous ver45. I even CLEARED the files and registry with piriform CCleaner.
The Java verify Website says "Java installed and recognized correctly" but the grey box below doesnt show any Animation!? I also tried deactivating my Avast antirus scan without any improvement, but not the Windows Firewall yet. I also tried the offline Version.
Any ideas how I can get Java to work in a browser? In the "Internet Options" there are also no Java tickboxes to select under the advanced TAB, which I think was previously available?
Thanks, Burton
p.s. I also ran a virusscan with Avast! but nothing found.I dont know why, but I just restarted by browser and it worked.
