I recently had a problem where I couldn't change my resolution and color quality until I uninstalled my video card drivers. Now I'm back to the beginning but EVERYTHING is all good. I'm SCARED if I REINSTALL the drivers the problem may come back...

Is it SAFE? What do you mean by:
