Solve : Just show the Logo?

Thanks...this pc is an Emachine T3042 - Prossesor SEMPROM 3000- firstly the problem was that it does´nt gave video...after several steps I CHANGED the power supply and now give video but only show the logo of Emachine ..... and stop righ there.....could you help me ? What can I do ?....1000 ThanksSo you can't get into SAFE mode?

Any HARDWARE changes lately?

So you can't get into safe mode?
You should double-check all of your connections since you REPLACED the PSU including hard drives RAM and anything else...
