Answer» there are spaces that are being ADDED in the middle of word when printing documents. when using Justify alignmen. any ideas ?Hi, and welcome to the forum. Are you referring to Microsoft Word in your question? If so, what version? yes office 2003 Could be corrupted or unsuitable printer driver. Check that you are using the latest version, correct, manufacturers printer driver, especially that it is not an MS generic driver. This problem is known to happen with HP printers where the printer driver is one that came with Windows. there are spaces that are being added in the middle of word when printing documents. when using Justify alignmen. any ideas ?I see nothing unusual here. What you see is what Justify alignment is supposed to do. If you don't what your print output to look that way, then don't use Justify alignment. Am I missing the point here? Quote from: soybean Am I missing the point here? It is more usual to add the spaces between the words. Spa ces in the mi dd le of wo rds, as the OP me ntion ed, (and as you have quoted) looks kind of weird. OK, I KINDA overlooked that point. But, yeah, if it's putting spaces within words, not just between words, that would be messy. It should not be doing that. Like I said, could be a driver problem i have tried a fresh driver INSTALL and no improvement but thanks anyway i have just uninstalled office and reinstalled as a work AROUND and will keep looking for answers thanks for taking TIME to answer.http://www.openoffice.org/ download the above good and free |
