Answer» Hi, when i Clikc on internet EXPLORER, an error window opens saying that it cannot locate a file in Kernal32.dll. Can someone HELP me? I dont know much about computers so i cant tell much about my system, but im RUNNING a Windows XP Proffesional. Dell insiron 1501. I just did a repair, so it erased all of my UPDATES. No SP's.
