Answer» Howdy hoe!
I am looking for a small, fits on a 2 gig USB drive, program that can pull the SOFTWARE keys from the INSTALLED programs on a system. I PLAN on selling them on ebay....just kidding! LOL How many people were feeling the blood rushing to their heads!
I am a LAN Admin and I have to rebuilt a few machines. To get it done I need the keys that the last guy never wrote down. I was looking at this but my anti virus is kicking off during the install.... http://davehope.co.uk/Projects/product-key-finder/
Anyone have another program I can use?
Thanks!
Did you even try Google? Lots of free stuff out there. http://pcsupport.about.com/od/productkeysactivation/tp/topkeyfinder.htm http://www.pcworld.com/category/software-utilities/
Also, many Software Products revel the key in the Help Screen.
Spoiler you been around here long enuff to know this is a WAY grey area we can't for obvious reasons advise on...
