The keyboard is a usb, and yes i have attempted to put it into the other usb ports. Same result.
My problem is when I log ONTO my computer my keyboard randomly turns on and off... The keyboard icon disappears from the DEVICE manager and I cant type. The power to my keyboard is turned off...
It turns on and off at random; SOMETIMES it will constantly do it and sometimes it will stay off/on.
When it does it the computer makes the sound its supposed to when something is unplugged from the usb port.
If you need any more specs i will be more then happy to give them to you.Welcome aboard
Did you try another keyboard?yea but the computer wont read it....

- update USB drivers
- get USB to PS/2 adapter, and try your keyboard in PS/2 jackI dont have a PS/2 spot...
Hold on im going to try to update my usb ports...there up to date
