Answer» Hello, everyone!
I've been USING HandBrake to convert files recorded with DVB-T set-top box. I've been using this program mindlessly, because I didn't care about maximum compression or remove artifacts from the picture. Halving the picture resolution sufficed all the TIME for STORAGE of movies. Today, I've noticed that playback of MP4 files produced by HandBrake is choppy on my PC, it's even worse on the aforementioned DVB-T set-top box.
How do I set HandBrake to produce files playing as fluent as input files? I tried many things like changing FPS, inverse telecine but without success. Is it going to cost me disk space?
An information is attached to my post, created using MediaInfo about a RECORDING which I'm going to convert to MP4, produced by the set-top box:
Yours faithfully, SlawekPL
