just put a advent 7087 laptop together(from scratch) everything works except the wireless modem cannot find a download that works (free download) can anyone advise me what to do ? REALTEK ac 97 is what i WOULD like to get. but is only working the audio driver.
thanksRealtek is an audio driver...you need the wireless network CARD driver.thanx for that...any idea where to get a god download for network card driver ?? What brand and model # is it ? ?
A lot of people MAKE them...not to sure.
atheros ar 5005 g. sis 900 based pci fast ethernet adapter.
new to this game. can install the parts but the downloading does my head
