Solve : LDD not starting?

i want my Lego Digital Designer back!!!

when i start it up nothing happens, so i press ctrl-alt-del and i couldn't find it under Applications so i GO to  processes and find LDD.exe and then end it. I STARTED it up again and the same thing happens.

   specs:
                windows XP media center EDITION sp2
                Dell dimension E510
                3 MB memory
                Intel Pentium 4, 3 GHZ
                500 GB RAM
               
i really need help i'm not being payed until i finish it
                What do you get paid to do ? ?
