I'm looking for a firewall that is easy on my system as I am running a low performance computer. I have ALREADY tried zone alarm and Pc tools firewall+ and they are a huge burden on my system.
I am running windows Xp on a 2006 desktop machine with 1gb ram, 250gb HD, 256mb video ram. My antivirus is panda CLOUD. I recently restored my pc so i could have it like it was outta the box, fast and I wanna keep it that way as much as possible.
Any help would be appreciated.Comodo Firewall might work well for you.
I've actually just uninstalled ZoneAlarm because of the CONSTANT pop-ups it's been giving me over the past week to download their full security suite.If it's XP SP 2 or 3, the lightest firewall is the one already installed. And it's perfectly adequate for most purposes.
