Answer» ok so I use my monitor for everything inluding my ps3 and 360 and of course my pc. I installed a driver last night and when I turned on my 360 today I have no sound. so im using altek lansing speakers when I plug in the speakers I always get this window that opens asking me what I have pluged in. that window no longer comes up the main green port still works regardless, but the blue one that I use for (LINE in) does not work. I tried running system restore but for what ever REASON I get an error message it comes up saying system restore failed. http://www.realtek.com/downloads/ the high DEFINITION audio driver was the one I used. I went to device manager aswell and uninstalled my speakers but after I reinstalled nothing CHANGED. please help me fixed it myself started the computer in safe mode and then ran the system restore and it worked
