1.	Solve : Links & URLs won't open in Outlook 2003?
Answer» A RECENT problem in Outlook 2003, running Windows XP. I can no longer open click-through links from anyone, and continue to get a message that suggests I consult my administrator. I am the administrator, and I have no IDEA what's happening, since it just started. Not USING Microsoft's FIREWALL. The message says "this operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." What restrictions would there be? I can cut and paste URLs, but can't open "Click Here" and retrieve other SIMILAR types of links. Any ideas? Would reinstalling Windows XP help, or would I have to completely reinstall ALL of my myriad programs?What is your default browser?It's actually my wife's computer and she's using AOL's Netscape.I assume, Netscape is her default browser? Try to make Internet Explorer, or Firefox her default browser, and see, if same thing will happen.
