No. you cannot do this. it is impossible. Well, that's not true, it's probably possible, but seriously, I really don't THINK you understand the implications of a PC without an administrator account. Any setting in control PANEL need changed? you need to change the resolution or update the sound or video driver? or run windows update? Well, hope your ready to reinstall to get the admin user back. have a malware infection? (although the LUA will help prevent this there are some tricky ones) well, hope your ready to reinstall. And of course installing programs will become impossible. Have you considered- you know, putting a PASSWORD on the administrator account? passwords are quite effective, when properly chosen, at keeping people who are not aware of the password from using the admin account. and with UAC it can display the prompt and he can get SOMEBODY to put the password in.
