I am looking for INFORMATION on the Sony CD-ROM Drive Unit Model # CDU55S. Please do not respond unless you know how to access information for this SPECIFIC model because I have been trying all the options available to me and it is not as simple as it seems.What KIND of information are you looking for and what have you tried so far?

But my initial reaction to your request would be to ask .....have you "googled it" or as RAPTOR suggests try the Sony Technical support site.
