Solve : lost address book in OE6 !? |

Answer» DEAR friends, I don't know how but I have lost all my contacts in Outlook EXPRESS 6. They are now in MS Outlook that I have in the same computer, but I am not able to export them back to Outlook express. I have already tried with the function import/export in Outlook but when the task is finished I can see only symbols and not names, surnames, and so on . Many thanks if you can help me. BenedettoExactly what options did you choose when you exported from Outlook? For "Create a file of type:", what did you choose? Specifically, did you choose COMMA Separated Values? Yes, I have tried with ALL the possibilities and formats but I cannot see my contacs in Outlook express yet. Thank you BenedettoDid you export as CSV and then import with Express? What exactly did you do?Dear friend, Yes, I did so, but when I import tha CVS file in Outlook Express i get a message from Windows that says: "create a folder with the fields that you want to import". If I do it I can choose ONLY one field (for example:"NAME" or "surname", or "e-mail adress" and so on but NOT all toegheter. It seems very very complicate, can you suggest any solution ?
