Answer» I have been reading up on this as I have had this message a couple of times on my puter.
My hard disc has plenty of space and I have defragged.
I saw its best to check whats in start up.
I have loads of stuff in there when I go to run > msconfig > start up.
How do i KNOW what I can safely get rid of?
