Answer» Now the new motherboard I have.
But the proglem may occur.That is the driver can't installed.The driver cd is not with me.Sorry for that.
I download the driver from NET the link is

But when I install the LAN driver the error comes that is Attansic L1 GB is not found on your computer.The INSTALLATION can't completed.And that's all.
This error comes in both windows xp & vista.But vista has own driver so the LAN driver installed.
But don't want Vista as the the speed is very slow.
I want to install WIN xp.
Pls anyone can HELP me to FIND other link of driver.

Processor:AMD athlon 64 processor 3000+
RAM: 1GB
HDD:80GB seagate
