Thanks!Thanks again Allan. I successfully created a v5.2 bootable rescue disk and imaged my C drive. As you always emphasize, I attempted to verify the image as I always did on v4.2. I can not figure out how to do this verification. You can select auto-verify on the paid VERSION but I have the free version. Can you tell me how to verify an image on v5.2 free-edition? I do not see Tools anywhere on this version.Got it!! Image Verify is "buried" in the Restore function. Click on the Restore tab and browse for/select an image to restore. Doing this will bring up four icons for various Restore tasks, one of which is Verify Image. Thanks to all for your help. Sorry...forgot it was "buried" as you appropiately stated......it used to be there under the older versions... Thanx for the heads up. On a side note you can always right clik an image file and select Verify... |
